Reaching out past jungle, past juke, the Chu Hi vibe is like nothing you've heard, futuristic soul music that's chopped and skewed for the late night dancefloor crew. Presenting the "Fruit Salad EP" in four lip-smacking flavors--Cherry, Grape, Milk, and Yuzu--this is for the lovers, the forward-thinkers, the freaks. Next level s**t like Dreamers always do, say hello to the renegade funk of Chu Hi.
“Cherry Hi” opens the EP with happy rave sounds and hardcore jungle breaks, “Grape Hi” combines halfstep rhythms with big sounding reeces and rolling drums, “Milk Hi” starts with atmospheric vibes and gradually turns into a retro videogame sounding track, where the mood evolves and brings you into an oldschool journey, while Yuzu Hi closes the ep with with its lasers, fast sounds and a nostalgic breakdown that will will make you travel in time to the 90s.
