First release on The Dreamers Recordings for Dan Porter AKA Audio Gutter, a Bristol Based dj & producer.
It's hard to place his music into a single genre but you can easily take a trip into the whole bass music spectrum with him. We love to push the limit of the dnb world, and with this release we are sure we will surprise you. These tracks remember us why we love dnb: it is a never heard combination of sound and sonic mixture of genere. Last summer we played ‘Carosel’ (luckily on some parties with people on dancefloor) and the crowd reaction was always super stunning. ‘Mad’ is the right word to define the atmosphere created by this man, that truly deserve a place on our label.

Carosel ( 168 bpm - Em ) It’s a damn crazy tune. The intro instantly sends you in to the Addams Family house with lyrical soprano female singer and evolving vocal. The bell is the advice, something nasty is coming up! Wobble basslines fight against footwork 4x4 breaks and eurosynth hits, while the structure evolves and retro game vocal cuts bring you on a mad world. What can we say? this is a real dancefloor smasher, that can fill the taste of many of us.

Spooked ( 170 bpm - F# ) A ghost castle for the soundboys business where halfstep, jungle and footwork breaks nicely melt togheter with metallic sounds and percussion patterns. Reggae samples and ghosts sounds bring us in a secret level of Super Mario underground world, while the uk bass bass evolve into a uzi rifle killing everyone allround. The perfect b-side for a cool experimental bass music release!

He has played venues and festivals all over the UK for years now, including notorious events such as Boomtown Fair and Noisily Festival, and can more recently be found playing sets with his humanoid companions Sample Junkie and Zenji; the holy trinity known as Toad Reactor.
Having received support from labels such as Wonk#ay Records, Chip Butty, and the musical magician himself Culprate's new label Open Outlets, he is set to keep exploring the metaphorical depths of the subterranean waste system for millennia.”
